Susenas & Seruti Officer Training September 2026

The Manado City Statistics Agency (BPS) held Susenas & Seruti Officer Training in September 2026. This training was held in a hybrid format from August 26–29, 2026, with online sessions on August 26–27, 2026, and in-person sessions on August 28–29, 2026, at the Gran Puri Manado Hotel.

The training was attended by 24 officers, consisting of 16 enumerators (PCL) and 8 supervisors (PML), and supported by a committee. The training aimed to equip officers with a comprehensive understanding of survey methodology, concepts, definitions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce accurate and high-quality socioeconomic data.

In addition to the material, participants also participated in role-playing interviews. This session was designed to improve communication skills, deepen questioning, and accurately record respondents' answers in accordance with survey concepts and definitions.
