Analysis for The Survey Results of Manado Municipality Data Requirement 2021

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has held SKM regularly every year which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey is not only aimed at obtaining perceptions of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, it also aims to identify data needs and perceptions of consumer satisfaction with the quality of the data produced by BPS. In 2021, the Manado City BPS with 514 other BPS work units consisting of the Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, and 480 Regency/City BPS throughout Indonesia will implement the SKD. One of the results of the 2021 SKD implementation is presented in a publication entitled "Analysis of the 2021 BPS Data Needs Survey Results for Manado City" as a form of report on the implementation of the SKD conducted by the Manado City BPS. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of the performance of service units, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality at BPS Manado City. Presentation of data is displayed in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication.
